Dr. Joseph Dworkin

Of Milford, CT, age 81, passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 27. Son of the late Ike and Minnie Dworkin and brother of the late Martin Dworkin and Silvia Harris. He was a WWII Air Force Veteran with the rank lieutenant. He was an esteemed dentist for 53 years in Ansonia and Southbury, CT. A leader in the Jewish community as an active member of the Beth Israel Synagogue of Derby and the Jewish Federation. Joe is survived by his wife Elaine (Lubitz) Dworkin, Sister Franie Kadish, children, Arlene and Kenny Kaye, Jay and Heidi Dworkin, Steven and Debbie Dworkin. His grandchildren Allison and Melissa Kaye, Samantha and Stephanie Dworkin, and Aviva, Olivia and Robert Dworkin.
