Remembering the youngest of the ten. A hard position to be in with 7 sisters bossing him around!
We always loved to visit with Uncle Joe when he came to Boston. And my mother had funny stories about his high-jinks as a young boy. Thinking of the Joe Garvin family today.

The Garvin family;
It has been a number of years since I heard where Joe was. I am sorry to see that he has passed on to a greater life. My deepest condolences on your loss.
I knew Joe from my days at the old Willard/Exide Battery days starting on East 131st., then moving downtown to Cleveland. I worked in the Stationary Stock/printing department until January of 1962 before going into the Navy. I would see him during the week sometimes, and he always had a big "Irish Smile" on his face. Great guy.

Dear Aunt Brenda and Elizabeth, Kate, Emily, Brendan,
Please accept my condolences on the loss of your father. I know my mother, Frannie, had a special place in her heart for her little brother. Whenever Joe and Brenda came to Boston it was a special time. My mother told us many funny stories about the pranks Joe pulled. She is not up to communicating with all of you at this time, but I hope you will be comforted in the knowledge of her love for Joe and his family.
