Mr. Neylon,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and secondly for the citizens of Middlesex County when you served as ADA. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

He was known as "Mr. Neylon" to the ADAs who appeared before the grand jury and was an excellent teacher and advisor to hundreds of assistant district attorneys over the years.
I appreciated all the good advice he gave me when I was in the Middlesex DA's office in the 1980s. Thanks Joe and rest in peace.

Mrs. Neylon,
Joe was a lovely. kind man for the short time I knew him as Dad's roommate. I'm sorry I never asked you if he was related to Sisters Catherine and Ann Denise as I knew both when I was an SND. The minute I saw Joe I spotted the Neylon eyes. Our family is praying for all of you.
