JOSHUA HORWITZ Obituary
72, of Danvers and formerly of Magnolia, passed away on April 8, 2013. Beloved husband of Sandra (Fishman) Horwitz. Devoted father of Eric Horwitz and his wife Beth. Dear brother of Tamara Arbeter and her husband Allan. Loving grandfather of Abigail and Mathew. A funeral service will be held at Temple Ahavat Achim, 86 Middle St., Gloucester, MA, on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Mount Jacob Cemetery. Memorial observance will be held at Josh's late residence, Wednesday 7-9 PM, Thursday 1-4 PM and 7-9 PM, and Sunday 1-4 PM. Donations in Josh's memory may be made to the "Torah Fund", c/o Temple Ahavat Achim, 86 Middle St., Gloucester, MA 01930. For directions and online guestbook, please visit the funeral home website.

Condolences to all family and friends of Josh. I remember his smiling countenance from our high school days, and that we all became aware at one point of his amazing contribution to the development of pacemakers. It was inspirational to me to have such a gifted classmate. Many baruchas.

I'm so heartbroken. I have so many fond memories of Josh and of the time and tasks we shared at Temple Ahavat Achim. Josh will be missed. My love and sympathy to Sandie and to Eric and his family.
