PALMER, Judith L. (Sylvia) "Judy" 55, of Franklin, April 28, 2013. Beloved wife of Edward M. "Ed" Palmer. Mother of Meg Sylvia of Franklin & Andrew Palmer of Millville, sister of Dana Sylvia of Maine, Jill Damplo of Tennessee and Janet Sylvia of Georgia. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren & 2 nieces. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hrs. Fri. May 3rd, in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Franklin from 4-7PM. Funeral services and interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center 55 Fruit St. Boston, Ma. 02114.
