KARL ARTHUR KRESHPANE

KRESHPANE, Karl Arthur Of Auburndale, formerly of Needham and Natick, passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 94. Karl is survived by his loving and devoted wife of over 61 years, Beverly Dawn (Salvucci) Kreshpane; his two loving children Karl L. Kreshpane and his wife Jamie, and Kimly L. (Kreshpane) Hanlon and her husband Robert; and six beautiful grandchildren Karl L. Jr., Nicolette, Cole, Garret, Brady, and Brock. Karl was the son of the late Lambi and Angelica (Ripaldi) Kreshpane of Natick; brother of the late George, Pandy, and Harry Kreshpane, Dora Stammo, Helen Verra, and Loretta Sthika. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Patricia Kreshpane; nephew Thomas Vera and his wife Maureen; nephews James and David Kreshpane; and cousins of the Kreshpane, Salvucci, and Pandolf families. Karl grew up in Natick and was one of seven children. He attended Natick High School and was a member of the Varsity Baseball Team. He went on to attend Northeastern University. Karl worked for over 40 years at Sylvania, now General Dynamics, where he met his wife Beverly. What defined Karl was the love he had for his wife and family. He loved them more than anything in the world. Karl was a brave veteran in the U.S. Army, who served his country in the Korean War. He received the Korean Service Medal with two Bronze Stars and was also awarded the UN Service Medal for his heroic service. Karl will live forever in our hearts. Until we meet again, please know how much we love you. Visiting Hours will be held at Eaton Funeral Home at 1351 Highland Avenue, NEEDHAM, on Sunday, February 27th from 5-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Monday, February 28th at 11 AM. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Needham Cemetery.
