FIELDSTEEL, Kate April 11, 1986 - February 28, 2022, from Needham, MA who lived in Northampton, MA, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 28th. Her kindness and jovial nature brightened up the lives of anyone lucky enough to know her. Kate appreciated humor, sarcasm, and her quick wit kept those around her perpetually entertained. She made all those in her family more patient, more kind, and more thoughtful. Kate helped her family through thick and thin and was as reliable as the sun. Kate was happiest when she was laughing with her family, cuddling with dogs, or 'just chillin'. Kate proudly graduated Needham High class of 2005, the College Internship Program in 2012, and Mildred Elley in 2014. She relocated to Northampton, MA in 2015 where she lived close to her family and helped care for her beloved niece, Dahlia, and the family dogs. She also worked at Cumberland Farms as a sales associate. Kate is survived by her parents, Karen Gross and John Fieldsteel, her siblings, Sarah Pacheco (Norm), Liz Fieldsteel (Sean), Daniel Gross and Benjamin Gross (Jaimie), her beloved niece, Dahlia Pacheco, her step-parents, Bob Gross and Maggie Fieldsteel, step-siblings, Jessie, Vanessa, and Brett Theroux. She will also be greatly missed by her uncles, aunts and cousins. A Celebration of Kate's Life was held at the Czelusniak Funeral Home, 173 North St., NORTHAMPTON, MA 01060.
