I was thinking about him and googled to find his loss and I am stunned. My deepest condolences to the family.
Keith was my landlord on Hibiscus Island and a group of us often went boating and had great times together.

My time spent with Keith and his family was in short bursts when he visited Montana to purchase real estate and I was fortunate to represent him, as well as get to know and feel his energy and love for life.
When I learned of his passing I was shocked , sitting in my office, and I looked up at the wall to see the post card photo he had sent this past Christmas...the photos of his family, and on the back it said "Wishing you peace and happiness in 2020!"
We had talked occasionally..he would call to ask how much in value his properties had increased, or I would call him to update him on the real estate activity in our area and ask if he was coming to Montana soon.
I remember when he purchased his first property here that he hired a road builder to cut a driveway in to his building site. The contractor, a true Montana boy, often used the phrase during our conversations on site that "A guy" could do this or "A guy" could do that. Keith listened intently and agreed.
Later after the contractor was gone, Keith asked me in all seriousness .."Who is the guy that he was talking about? "
My wife and I are very saddened by his passing and will keep his family in our thoughts and prayers.

Keith was the ringleader of a fun-loving quartet of Browne and Nichols hockey alums working the Miracle On Ice in Lake Placid. Thanks old pal. Those were the best of times.

Very nicely written. This loss hits home, as I have known the family for so long. He was a star in our class.
