Leah was like a second mother to me. I was blessed to celebrate Rosh Hashanah with her just last week and will fondly remember that smile on her face because she was surrounded by the most important thing in her life--her family. I will miss her very much. Elaine, Jane, Joe, Alyssa, Nicole, Brent and Rachel--I hope you find the strength to get through this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Thank you for sharing your mom and grandmother with me for so many years.

I will miss my grandmother everyday. I am very blessed to have been able to share so many years with her, and have many memories to cherish for years to come. I will forever remember what she said to me at the end of all of our phone calls: "Be happy, be well." I hope that she will be proud of me in all that I do in my life.
