In Bedford, formerly of Lexington, May 27, 2002. Beloved husband of the late Rowena (Fogg) Milligan. Loving father of the late Michael & wife Mayme Milligan of AZ, Dennis P. & wife Kathryn Milligan of Dracut, Leonard E. Milligan of New Lebanon, NH, Timothy A. & wife Laura Milligan of Boynton Beach, FL, Steven J. & wife Eva Milligan of Visalia, CA, Scott W. & Rory B. Milligan of Lexington. Brother of Alfred E. Milligan of Dunedin, FL, Ruth Sabinash of Acton, Jean Mackie of Stoneham, and the late Edward M. Milligan of Bedford. Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Funeral on Friday, May 31, 2002 from Shawsheen Funeral Home, 281 Great Rd., BEDFORD at 8 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in E.N. Rogers Memorial V.A. Hospital Chapel, 200 Springs Rd., Bedford at 9 a.m. Funeral Home visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 p.m. Relatives and friends invited. Late member and Past Commander of American Legion Post 221 of Bedford. Member of VFW Frederick Sullivan Post 1609 of Bedford. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force having served in W.W.
