LILIAN ROBERTS

ROBERTS, Lilian Age 95, of Peabody, passed away peacefully, on August 29, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth E. (Evans) Roberts. Lilian was born in Liverpool, U.K. and lived in Winnipeg, Chicago and Cambridge, before moving to Peabody. Lilian was a graduate of Boston University's Metropolitan College and a long-time employee of Massachusetts General Hospital. During retirement, she enjoyed being a docent at Mount Auburn Cemetery, a volunteer at the Museum of Science and an ombudsman for Elder Services in Somerville/Cambridge and the North Shore. She is survived by her cherished sister, Margaret Weidenhamer; her nephew, Derek Weidenhamer; and nieces, Dawn Perkins, Norma Papuschak and Heather Weidenhamer. In addition to her beloved parents, she was predeceased by her dear brother, Eric; and devoted friend, Ray A. Roberts. Funeral Services for Lilian are private.
