Dear Brian, Debbie and Bob,
I always enjoyed seeing your mom and exchanging kind words with her. She was a remarkable "lady" in every sense of the word. She delivered those prescriptions all over Lynnfield well into her later years, and you can be very proud of her tenacity. Not too many seniors would brave the Lynnfield teen drivers.
She held a special place in my heart for a couple of reasons. First, her name was Lillian, just like my late mom and secondly her presence in the family store will always be there with you in a special way, just as my mom's was after her death. There is nothing easy about saying good-bye to a parent, but I pray that you all gain a bit more strength to get through each day without her.
Warmest thoughts,
Karyn Laurano

We were so sorry to hear about Lillian. Phil owned Macaulay Drug in Beverly and he has so many happy memories of the times he spent with both your Mom and Dad. I only knew them a short time, but they were very special to me. Please be assured of our prayers. Love to all of you from both of us.

To the Ambrefe family from your Cape Ann cousins. We are very sorry to read of the passing of Lillian. We did not see much of the Ambrefe relatives except at some family reunions. We are related as Lillian's mother Catherine was the daughter of the brother to our great grandmother- Anna Liisa Hautamaki. It would be nice to keep in touch with you our cousins. If you want to know more or contact us, there are many cousins who would be glad to hear from you Ambrefe cousins.

Debbie, Brian, and Bob,
We wanted to say how sorry we are about the loss of your Mom. When we were first married, your Mom (and Dad) were so caring, kind and openly friendly to me. Her hellos just made you smile. Keep the smile in your hearts and she will always be with you.

To The Ambrefe Family,
Talking about Auntie Lil with my mom, I realized that there was always one constant - her hugs. I knew that whenever I went into the pharmacy as a child with my mother I risked having the life squeezed out of me by her. I can remember going into the pharmacy unable to see over the shelves and hearing her voice knowing that any instant she would spring out from behind the counter and smother me with her hugs and kisses. As I grew older and began working at the pharmacy, the hugs continued even though I saw her on a daily basis. Even up to the last time I saw her, I got a big hug and kiss from her as if I hadn’t seen her in months. Auntie Lil was a kind, loving woman who brought much happiness to many people.
I am truly sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Zach

Dear Brian and Family,
Your dear Mom will be missed. Though we left Lynnfield seven years ago, Lil never forgot us. Her joyful smile and warm hugs during visits back, and cards sent with kind thoughts during the holidays always made us feel so special.
May your memories keep her close, and offer you comfort at this difficult time.

Dearest Faye, Bobby, Debbie, Brian and Family,
Please accept our heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your Mom. We were so saddened when we heard the heartbreaking news. "Mama" was an inspiration to all of us , especially to me. "Mama" and I used to share all kinds of wonderful stories, she taught me so much. Each and everytime I came into the store to work, "Mama" gave me a huge hug like she hadn't seen me in weeks. Oh, how I always loved those hugs! "Mama" made me feel like I was the only person in her world.
"Mama" will be greatly missed..................., always loved and forever remembered.
May God Continue To Bless You................., Rest in Peace with Papa,
Now that God has called you home...
All Our Love As Always,
Laura Kelly

Dear Faye, Bobby, Debbie and Brian-
We always looked forward on our trips home to Gloucester when we would take the trip to Grapevine Road to visit Auntie Lil and Uncle Al. Your mom was one of the sweetest, kindest people I've ever known. How could you forget the bear hugs that took your breath away as if she hadn't seen you for years. I envy the love and relationship you were able to have with her and your dad and will smile thinking about them often. Always know the love everyone had for your mom was deserved and my family for one will miss her.
We love you all.
