Linda Gogolin

GOGOLIN, Linda (Lugin) 62, of Bolton, formerly of Sudbury and Hudson; died April 13th at her residence; loving wife of Larry Gogolin of Bolton for 25 years; devoted mother of Shane Moore of Clinton, Nicole Palmer of Harvard, Michelle Poor of Sudbury; devoted step-mother of Brian Gogolin of Hopkinton, Pam Gogolin of Needham and Karen DeJong of W. Orange, NJ; sister of Paul Lugin of Fairbanks, AK, Jack Lugin of Salisbury and Ned Lugin of Montmouth, NJ. Also survived by 13 grandchildren. Born in Framingham, daughter of the late Albert J. and Olive (Thomas) Lugin; 1965 graduate of Hudson High School; attended Northeastern University, Deaf Studies in Boston where she became a certified sign language interpreter, her last assignment was at the O'Neil building in Boston. Employed by the Department of Social Security for 25 years until retiring in 1998. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 19th at 11:00 a.m. at the Peace Lutheran Church, 107 Concord Road, Wayland, MA 01778. Internment will be held at the convenience of the family in Wadsworth Cemetery, Sudbury, MA. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, April 18th, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Monday, April 19th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central St. (rt. 62, exit 26 off 495) Hudson, MA 01749.
