I just sent a email to Lois yesterday and it was not reach her, returned.
I have not heard from her few years and also I was so busy taking care of senior parents.
I decided to send her an email because of our current situation with coronavirus.
I recalled her very tall with big smile (always) and very friendly to me, a visitor from foreign country.
I found this news , Lois' departure, now, and got a shock. I would like to thank her and her warmhearted friendship. Her husband and family members will be comforted.
Arigato, Lois.

I sat with you and Lois at the 55th class reunion of Decorah High School in 2005. Lois and I were grade school classmates and dear friends. But I moved away before high school and we lost track of each other until that night. I was not surprised to learn she had been valedictorian of our class. We followed parallel vocational tracks in service to the Lord in the Church. Now her death has awakened many memories, a deep sadness and a recognition of our mortality. May the promises of God bring you peace and comfort.

Condolences Ron. You surely made the very best decision when you chose to marry Lois. She radiated joy in all her service for the Lord Jesus. We can all only quietly wait for the coming of the Lord and the wonderful reunions to follow. PTL.
