Lynne DAVISON Obituary
Lynne is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Erin and her husband, Charles Luce of Sharon, MA; grandchildren, Charlie and Rosie Luce; brothers, John E. Penney (wife, Heike) of Lisbon, ME, Steven C. Penney (wife, Pia) of E. Boston, MA and David A. Penney of Boston, MA; and many cherished nieces, nephews and their families. She is also survived by her stepchildren, Jacqueline Davison Kelly of St. Augustine, FL, Fiona Davison Blauvelt (husband, Richard) of Amesbury, MA, Rowena Davison Schommer (husband, Jeff) of Oak Creek, WI, Robert Davison (wife, Fiona) of Charlton, MA, Ian Davison (wife, Julia) of Natick, MA; ex-husband, Myles Dowling of Quincy, MA; the father of Erin; and her late son, Myles; and a wide circle of friends.
Lynne was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alan Davison; her son, Myles T. Dowling; her parents, John E. and Jeanne L. Penney; and her sister, Karen T. Ibanez.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at Chapman Funeral and Cremations, 584 Route 28A, WEST FALMOUTH, MA. For online guestbook, www.chapmanfuneral.com

Auntie Lynne, I'm not even sure where to begin. Thank you for always loving us. Some of my favorite sleepovers as a child were with you, Erin, and Myles. Thank you for always thinking of us and even moreso our children once they were born. You never forgot a birthday or important milestone. Thank you for all of the thoughtful ornaments that would arrive in my mailbox over the years. They will forever be some of my favorites! Thank you for always opening your door to us. I will forever cherish the time we spent together during our visits. Most of all the Jeep rides, listening to the Traveling Wilbur's with the wind ripping through our hair. It was so exciting to see your favorite spots and hear about you and Uncle Alan's favorite rides. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to put into words how thankful I am to have you as my Auntie, but most importantly how much you will be missed. We love you forever!
