POWERS, Madeline A. (Garrity) Of Winchester on August 17, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Richard T. Powers. Loving Mother of Richard J. and his wife Christine of Lancaster, PA, Mary E. Wilbur and her husband Bob of Austin, TX, Timothy J. and his wife Chris of Hawthorne, CA, Madeline Connor and her husband Stephen of Arlington, MA Jeanne Finlayson and her husband David of Hopkinton,, MA & Lorraine Reilly and her husband Michael of Andover, MA. Adored Grandmother of fifteen and Great grandmother of one. Sister of the late Mary Collins. A funeral will be held from The Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. (Rte. 38) WINCHESTER on Monday August 21st at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Church Winchester at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 3 thru 7 p.m. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery Medford. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, 60 Walnut St., Wellesley Hills, MA 02481. Madeline was a former teacher and a principal in the Arlington Public School system for her entire career. Lane Funeral Home
