Marquis of Bow, NH, Judith M. Cary of Pittsfield, Christopher M. Hayes of Burlington, IA, Patricia M. Luckern of New Durham, NH, Eileen M. Bates of Marblehead, Jonathan W. Hayes of West Burlington, IA and the late Maryellen Hayes. Brother of Mary Langton of Pocasset and the late William, Archibald, Rev. C. Edmund, Paul and John Hayes, Eleanor Kelly and Ann Bourque. Also survived by 19 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will honor and remember Mac's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), WALTHAM on Monday, December 28th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and again at 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning before leaving in procession to Saint Mary's Church, 133 School Street, Waltham where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Committal services will follow in Newton Cemetery Chapel.
