I miss her still. The Bethel Business Association and many other organizations that she was involved in, do also. The BBA has established a Margaret Hazen Business Award in her honor and memory. She remains in our thoughts...

My neighbor, my friend, involved in and contributed to our community and business. An admired, independent, bright lady - with alot of spirit who will be missed. Although, too quick and too soon, she parted the way anyone would have wished. What do they say about the "young"? She was GOOD. Apparently, G-d thought so , too...xoxoSuz

Our family is so very blessed to have had such a dear friend, our Margaret, our very lovely and charming lady, we so cherished you and your memories will always live on....Margaret gave effortlessly of herself to so many causes... and she always graced others with kind remarks and compliments... she was such an optimist, and her glass was always "half full". We will miss you so much, Margaret! Our dear sweet friend, there will forever be a place for you in our hearts! Cheers! The Malek Family... Jerry, Carol and Zachary

Aunt Peggy was a second mother to us all. I loved how she made each person she was with feel so important. I will remember her soft skin.I will remember her soft kiss. I will remember her warm hug. I will remember her fun-loving ways. I will remember how much she loved her entire family. I will remember how when I was young, she would make me feel so special by telling me how beautiful I was. I will remember her looking at my daughter and telling her how beautiful she is. I will remember her great laugh, her gentle, kind voice. I will remember how she was always there to organize or be a part of every party or event. I will always remember my special Aunt and second mother. May God bless you and keep you forever in the palm of his hands. Until we meet again.
Your niece, Denise

I remember Aunt Peggy as a beautiful, intelligent and caring woman. She loved her family. It did not take long to learn these things on first meeting her. Peggy's smile and hug as she welcomed me to the Hazen-Picard clan was all I needed to know that she would be a wonderful part of my life with Jim. As we have, I hope you find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having had her part of our family. God Bless you all.
