She is survived by, son, Clifford Jacobs (Julia Fantone); her daughter, Megan Rothwell (Chris Rothwell); her daughter-in-law, Brenda Jacobs (Hogan); and her grandchildren, Jessica Jacobs and Clifford Jacobs, Jr. Per her wishes, there are no services planned.
