HOOK,MarthaR. (Mazurkiewicz) Of Melrose, January 6, 2008. Proud wife of the late Alfred E. Hook (One of the former owners of James Hook Lobster Co. of Boston). Loving mother of Carolyn T. Hook of Swampscott and Priscilla L. Hook of Melrose. Sister of Henry Mazurkiewicz of Salem & the late Stella Palmer. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family & friends. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., MELROSE, on Sat., Jan. 10th at 9AM. Funeral Mass in The Church of the Incarnation, 425 Upham St., Melrose, at 10AM. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8PM. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery in Lynn. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701 or a charity of your choice. Mrs. Hook was a wonderful part of our growing up in Melrose. A lovely, gentle, generous woman. My godmother for Confirmation. A dear friend to my own mother. My sincerest condolences to Silka and Carolyn.
