MARY-JANE FORTE Obituary

FORTE, Mary-Jane (Brugman) Born in Medford, MA to Joseph and Elizabeth Brugman. She was married to her late beloved husband, Bill, for 58 years. She was a graduate of Cardinal Cushing College, Brookline, MA, with a degree in business. She worked for a short time as a secretary for a national paper company. They lived in Dover, MA for 55 years. In 1987, they purchased a condo in Naples, FL and moved there full-time in 2015. She volunteered at Palm Cottages, Botanical Gardens and the gift shop at the Conservancy. Her eldest sister, Betty O'Brien, lived in E. Dennis, MA until her death in 2010. Her sister, Ruth Kenney, lived in Harwich, MA until her death in 2023. Her brother, Dick Brugman, lives in Delray Beach. She is survived by her four sons, Rich (and wife, Kathleen) of Dover, Chris of Naples, Derek of Glastonbury, Cary of Providence; and seven grandchildren, Alexandra, MaryKate, Isabella, Danielle, Maggie, Dylan and Andrew. No Services are planned. Please make a donation to your favorite charity.
