Of Franklin, formerly of Canton, June 29. Beloved wife of James J. Lawler. Loving mother of Patricia A. & her husband Tim Holtsnider of Milford, Mary Ellen & her husband Tom Slefinger of IL, Joseph J. & his wife Michelle Lawler of Wilbraham, John R. & his wife Cheryl Lawler of WA, Katherine M. & her husband Jack McCarthy of North Attleboro, & Paul T. & his wife Ruthann Lawler of Wrentham. Sister of James Clifford of Norwell, William Clifford of Taunton & the late Ralph, Arthur, Richard & Francis Clifford, Natalie Bondarek & Edith Shillue. Dear sister in law of Jeanne Clifford of Westwood, and Ann Marie Fraser of Weymouth also survived by her 15 cherished grandchildren & many nieces & nephews. Visiting hours in the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington St., CANTON, Wednesday 7-9 p.m. & Thursday 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Mass in St. Gerard Majella Church, Canton, Friday at 12 noon. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. Interment Canton Corner Cemetery. What a grand lady! I just love your wife and mother, as I love all of you. Jimmy...and Patty, Mary, Joe, John, Kathy and Paul...my deepest sympathies for such a profound loss. I am very lucky to have know Mary Ellen and all of you.
