I graduated with Mary-Margaret from Bishop Stang in 1966. I often visited with her at her home and knew her parents and all her brothers. I lost track of her when she entered the convent. Rest in peace, my dear old friend. You had a most admirable vocation which was different from what you first thought! Condolences to her brothers and all of her family. Michele (Mickey) O´Leary

I really got to know Miss Rose when I went to teach at Sacred Heart School in Roslindale. I am also a graduate. Miss Rose and I taught 6th grade together for a few years. I remember how caring, compassionate, and dedicated she was as a partner and also a teacher. I will always remember our great chats. Prayers to her family.

Ms. Rose taught my sons at Sacred Heart and I had the pleasure of teaching 6th grade with her years later. We were good friends and we lost touch when I relocated to NH but I often thought of her kindness and love for children.
So sorry for your loss.
