We knew Matt as a little boy in our Millis neighborhood of Sherman & Clewes Rds. He played flashlight tag and swam in our pool along with our boys Andrew & David ! Unfortunately we lost touch when they all grew up, went their way, and we moved. We are so saddened to learn of this tragic event and send our deepest condolences to Carol and Len, Jeremy and Adam and their families. Also to his wife Lyla's family. May Matt, his wife and their daughters rest in peace.

Valerie was a teacher at Baskerville Elementary in Rocky Mount in Edgecombe County, NC. I did not know her personally but her colleagues and students adored her & thought the world of her as evidenced in her drive that was shown in pictures with her students smiling and laughing. Through a heavy heart, I send my condolences to her family, friends, students and teachers at Baskerville Elementary. May this angel & her other family members that were called to eternal rest, sleep in Everlasting peace.
