As a neighbor of 20 years, we have very fond memories of Matty. We last saw him sitting in the sun at Langdon Place about one month ago. He knew us, but only for a few minutes. Sharon & Mickey Weiner

Matty was such a sweetheart. I always enjoyed working with him and sharing an office with him at Colby Footwear. I have the fondest memories of him. My sincere sympathy goes to all of his family.

I forwarded the sad news of Matty's death to my father Joe Laplume. He sends his deepest regrets.

I had numerous visits with Matty when I made frequent visits to Colby Footwear and considered him a good friend of the family.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences.
