Maurice Donovan Obituary
Suddenly in Milton, formerly of Dorchester on Dec. 11. Beloved son of Maureen & the late Maurice "Sonny" Donovan. Loving brother of Matthew Donovan of Dorchester & Siobhan Haughey of Weymouth & the late John Donovan of Dorchester. Uncle of Michael, Patrick & Mairead Haughey & John Donovan. also survived many aunts, uncles & good friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Marks Church, Dorchester, Thursday, Dec. 16, at 11 a.m. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours at the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington St., DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, Wednesday evening 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Interment Milton Cemetery.

He was a great person. He was so much fun to be around & he will be missed by many.

Donovan family and friends - I am so sorry for your loss. Maurice was an exceptional person. Kind to all, funny and compassionate. His presence had a wonderful effect, even in the largest of crowds. I'm sure he is cracking everybody up in Heaven. God Bless You.

Maureen, Matty, Siobhan...I'm sorry my father, brother and I couldn't attend. Dad was in the hospital again. Dad and Steve, as well as I, extend our deepest sympathies. I have lots of fond teen years memories of Maurice. I cherish even the ones that ended with Sonny chasing me down the street.
