RITTER, Melvin 90, of Brookline, formerly of Dorchester September 27th. Loving son of the late Nat & Edith Ritter. Dear brother of Rowena Yoffe of FL. Loving uncle of Linda-Beth St. John & her husband Jeffre of FL. & Howard Yoffe, his cousin Rosalyn Epstein & Melvin's dear friend Carlos Parra with whom he resided. Melvin had worked for the Dept. of Defense, was a member of the US Committee for Employment of People With Disabilities & was appointed by George H.W. Bush to become a delegate for the US to the Vatican & was a member of the Brookline Committee for People With Disabilities. Relatives & friends are invited to attend graveside services Sunday, September 30th at the Chevra Kadisha of Chelsea Cemetery, 232 Fuller St., Everett at 11:00AM.
