Barbara, Jaclyn and Daniel,
I am still in shock at the news of Michaels passing. I knew Michael through my husband, Steven for over 20 years. He was a kind hearted, generous and giving man. I am sure that Michael is in a better place. My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family members.
Sincerely,
Eileen

Dear Barbara,Jacquelyn,Daniel and the entire Steele family. I am just getting over the shock of Michael's untimely death. As many of you know,Michael, Paul and myself were inseperable friends from early childhood. My head is full of so many fond memories of our adventures that it is hard to imagine that I will never see Mike again in this lifetime. However, those same memories help to ease the pain of Mike's passing.
Michael was one of my very best friends, and what a friend; generous true and loyal. His heart was as big as the man, so I am confident that he is now in a better place.
Although Mike and I had not seen each other for several years, he showed up at my mom's wake(my mom loved him)and we talked about so very much. When Mike left that day we hugged each other and I told him I missed and loved him and would be there for him. Michael in his typical style said he loved me too then turned and said "goodbye little buddy". Looking back ,I am so glad to have that particular memory of the last time I saw my dear friend.
My most heartfelt condolences to Barbara,Jacquelyn,Daniel and to all the Steele's on the loss of your husband, father and brother. It was my great honor to have had Mike's friendship over the many years. I will miss him dearly.

Dear Barbara, Jacquelyn and Daniel,
I just learned of your loss and am very saddened by your tragic loss of husband and father at such young age. Please accept my sincerest condolences. Although I had not seen Mike in many years since leaving New England, he was my close friend in our childhood and teenage years and a good man who stood at my wedding 25 years ago. My prayers go out to him and your family.
