HOVSEPIAN, Nancy P. Age 86, of Holliston, Massachusetts, entered into eternal rest on October 13, 2025, surrounded by her family after a full and joyous life. Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Richard A. Hovsepian. She was born and raised in Newtonville, MA, to the late Charles and Katherine (Curran) Kelly. She was educated at Our Lady Help of Christians School in Newton, MA, and was a devoted member of her childhood parish, where she later married Richard. Upon, moving to Holliston in 1964, Nancy joined and became a deeply engaged member of St. Mary's Parish, where she was a faithful communicant for more than 60 years. Nancy raised her five children alongside her loving husband, and in June 2019, they celebrated 61 beautiful years of marriage, before Richard's passing. Nancy shared her many gifts and her boundless compassion with everyone around her. Above all, she found her deepest purpose and joy in her family as a loving wife, mother, sister, cousin, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a kind, loving, and warm-hearted woman whose gentle spirit touched and nurtured everyone she met. She was the heart of her family – a loving mother whose guidance, warmth, and devotion shaped generations. Nancy is survived by her five beloved children: Richard J. Hovsepian and his wife, Margaret of Hingham, MA, Ronald W. Hovsepian and his wife, Megan of Holliston, MA, Nancy L. Doherty and her husband, Michael of Franklin, MA, Karen A. Jewett and her husband, Daniel of Holliston, MA and Charlene J. Theriault and her husband, Steven of South Berwick, ME. She was the proud grandmother "Nanny" of 15 adoring grandchildren: Richard Hovsepian and his wife, Susan, Charles Hovsepian and his wife, Kelley, Amy Hovsepian, John Hovsepian and his wife, Laura, Courtney Vidal and her husband, Eric, Kathryn Coffey and her husband, Timothy, Thomas Hovsepian and his wife, Sarah, Michael Doherty and his wife, Emma, Caroline Doherty, Matthew Cooper, Patrick Jewett, Sean Jewett, Aidan Jewett, Jackson Theriault and Sarah Theriault. She cherished every one of her 17 great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for always having a big hug, a warm smile, and a special treat for each of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Nancy is survived by her sisters, Virginia Swanson and her husband, John of Concord, MA and Theresa Riley and her husband, Paul of Newtonville, MA. She is also lovingly remembered by her sisters-in-law, Denise Kelly of Auburndale, MA, Diane Hovsepian Cooper of South Yarmouth, MA; and her brothers-in-law, Martin Clapton of Harwichport, MA, Joseph Cumming of Mashpee, MA and Louis Audet of Chandler, AZ. She was predeceased by her cherished siblings, Paul Kelly, Charles Kelly, Kathleen (Kelly) Cumming and Maureen (Kelly) Clapton; and by her in-laws, Beverly (Hovsepian) Audet, Ronald L. Hovsepian, his first wife, Theresa (Cahill) Hovsepian; and his former wife, Dorothy O'Malley. She leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19, from 3:00-7:00 p.m., at the Chesmore Funeral Home of HOLLISTON, 854 Washington Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 20, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 708 Washington Street, Holliston.
