Alice and family. I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Cuthbert's passing. While I didn't have many opportunities to spend time with him, he was always such a warm, insightful soul. My most sincere sympathies on Pat's passing. It came as a shock to me. He was always friendly and as neighbors for so long I learned how much he gave of himself. I had nothing but reverence for him. I'm sure sure Riverdale and Dedham will feel the loss of a good man. I know the neighborhood will. Rest now Patrick and well done.
