Our hearts are broken. We will miss Pat dearly. Our home just won't be the same without him; he was a special soul.

Nuala and the Grady Family,
We live across the street from Pat and Nuala's house and were very upset to hear last night of Pat's passing. We wish we new sooner so we could have gone to the wake and funeral. We were all very upset. If any of you need anything at all, don't hesistate to ask. Pat and Nuala have always done so much for us.
The last time I saw Pat was a couple of months ago when I had bought my first car and he came running over to see it. He made me laugh so hard telling me I could pick him up anytime with it and that I will have lots of boyfriends now. He always made us laugh. He will be greatly missed in this world but we will never forget him and always be thinking of him. My father saw one of our neighbors a few months ago (Mike who only lived next to us for a few years) and the only thing he wanted to know was how the "Irish guy across the street" was doing. Every one remembers that irish accent and that smile.
We hope to see Nuala gardening again soon and making us all jealous of her green thumb! And please don't forget to call us Nuala if you need anything at all.
Love,
The Reeds

Dear, Nuala and Family,
We are very sad to hear about Patrick passing away. Our special bond comes from your son Patrick and our son Gregory living in the same house at Crystal Springs. Through this connection, we have come to know your family in a very special way. We are grateful for the friendship that has developed through our sons. You are your family are in our prayers and thoughts.
With much love and sympathy,

I was so sad to hear about Pat, I have such great memories of his laugh, his singing especially at my brother Billy's wedding under the street light and the neighbor flicking her light to stop the singing,of course it was about 3 a.m.. And how my grandmother Ruee would be bossing Pat around when he would be painting her house. I am so glad I got to see Pat at my parents 50th anniversary, and my sister Lynnes wedding. It is a great loss for the old neighborhood.
