PAUL A. CAMELLO

1940 - 2021

CAMELLO, Paul A. February 13, 1940-December 10, 2021, died suddenly from stroke complications at the age of 81. Beloved by many, he leaves behind a daughter Debra Cappiello and two sons, John Camello and Paul J. Camello, his wife Stephanie Roberts-Camello, as well as four Grandchildren Michael and Nicholas Cappiello, and John's children, Jenny and Nicole Camello, his former wife of 34 years Sandra Camello and Nieces Christine Sazin, Marsha MacDonald and Dianne Starr.

He was the Polaroid Corporations Senior Photographer for 34 Years and advised such well-known Photographers as Ansel Adams on the use of polaroid film for constructing shots. A Master of Photography and past President of PPAM and PPANE. He inspired and educated so many aspiring photographers and shared his knowledge generously with them. He loved his career, and photography continued to be his artistic passion throughout his life. He was born in Quincy, and lived in Randolph, MA. for the remainder of his life.
