Dear Sandra and Family: You do not know me, but Susie does. I grew up next door to the Irwins and remain a very close friend. Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences. I remember being in awe of Peter, "admiring" him from a distance. He seemed the epitomy of a man and certainly his life and how he lived it confirms that. I know how much he was loved, admired and honored, and that is a wonderful legacy to leave. My prayers are with you all. Most sincerely,
Lya and Don O'Neill

Dear Sandra and PT
I thoughts are with you during this sad time. Peter was my older brother and I loved him very much. He was the best. He was always there for me.
Peter is now heaven, he is now watching over PT and Sandra. PT you were his pride and joy and was always so proud of you and bragged about you constantly. Sandra you know how deeply he loved you.
Peter I love you very much, and I will miss you. I am there in Spirit and will walk the beach in San Francisco in your memory. We had some good times at Duxbury and Sanwich Beach growing up.
Love your oldest sister

PS. You can laugh at this, I kept telling everyone you were two years young than me, and I am 60 and you are 47 and will be 48!! That was when you married sandra, the happiest time of your life.
You will be missed. I know you are watching over me, and I too will see you as my private star during my walks in the morning.
Love the "old one"!
Lee
