I had the privilege of meeting with Father Nolan when I was only 18 years old in Ghana. He played an extraordinary role in my life as a Guardian and a Father figure. As someone who grew up without a Father, meeting Father Nolan was an answer to my prayers for a paternal figure in my life.

He had a great sense of humour and would refer to himself as Kwaku Bediako because he believed he was born to fight other people's battles, and he did fight my battles.

Father Nolan went above and beyond to support me in my education, paying for my university tuition and covering all the expenses that came with it. When I decided to travel abroad after completing my studies, he flew to Ghana to bid me farewell and cover my travel expenses.

While living in Germany, Father Nolan regularly checked up on me and was overjoyed to learn that I was pursuing my master's degree. He even offered to support me financially until I was stable.

When I graduated, he called to congratulate me and said, "You're a man now, Dennis." But, I know that I am the man I am today because of him.

Rest in peace, Father Nolan. You are an answered prayer in my life, and I will always be grateful for the significant impact you made on me.

So sorry to hear of the passing of father Peter . Peter is my uncle , but more than that he was a great friend and inspiration to me and my family and friends . Peter married myself and my wife Susan along with my other uncle ,the late father Fintan whelan . Peter worked tirelessly for many people worldwide . He came home to his native Ireland for many happy times as well as sad times . He celebrated funerals , christenings, weddings etc for all of his extended family . Peter will be greatly missed by his many family and friends , who he touched in many ways over his many years . I was delighted to help Peter celebrate his Diamond jubilee in 2019 at his church in crumlin Dublin where Peter grew up as an altar boy . Rip Peter till me meet again

So sorry for losing a great uncle and friend . Father Peter To me as a nephew became a genuine friend and an inspiration to me and my siblings. Peter attended all of our family milestones . He bravely came home to Ireland to bury some of his family and many friends . He introduced my family to many good clergy men from all over the world . He fundraised for his order and was greatly respected by the people of many countries where he preached . He celebrated mass in Biafra as bombshells were dropped nearby during that war . Father Peter was a very proud Irishman and catholic . His Life was all about helping others who were not fortunate enough to help themselves. Rest in peace father Peter knowing your job is well done .
