HAGEN, Philip S. Of Falmouth, Nov. 9, 2012. Philip is predeceased by his loving wife of 43 years, Claire (Trainor) Hagen. They lived in Springfield, MA and retired to Falmouth, MA in 1995. He is survived by daughters and son- in-laws Susan and Peter Bettencourt of Edgartown, MA; Janice and Richard Leveille of Mesa, AZ; and Gayle and Michael Hagen-Peter of Underhill, VT; also by his loving grandchildren Daniel and Cassandra Bettencourt, Timothy Bettencourt, Greggory Bettencourt, Emily Leveille, Julia Leveille, Jarrett Hagen-Peter, Graham Hagen-Peter, Galen Hagen-Peter, Hillary Hagen-Peter, and his future daughter-in-law Brigitte Calhoun. Visitation will be Monday, November 12, 2012 from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main St., FALMOUTH, MA, 02540. A funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at 10:00am at St. Patrick's Church, Falmouth, MA with a burial to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery. A reception will follow.
