Dear Howe Family,
I would like to add that Dick was a wonderful nephew. I grew up next door to his elderly Aunt, Minnie. He was an attentive, compassionate, caring and loving nephew. Minnie was a very proud Aunt. His commitment to the city was incredible. Dick Howe will be missed. God bless you all.
Sincerely,
Donna Grady

Martha and Family, please accept our sincere condolences for your loss. Martha, you were so kind and wonderful to our family when Ron's sister Lorraine was ill. You were also one of Grady's dearest friends. Please know he is standing with you today. He so looked up to your dad, and for so many reasons, but most of all because he was such a genuinely thoughtful, generous and genuine human being. He has a history of service to his community that will live on in Lowell forever. You, however, are among your dad's greatest legacies.
I had hoped to be able to get to the wake but am, unfortunately not going to be able to make it. Please know that Ron and I will be thinking of you and your family with supportive thoughts over the next few days.

To all the Howe family - please accept my prayers and condolences on your loss. I graduated with Dick from Keith Academy in 1951 and will always remember him as a fiery competitor on the baseball field and as a great advocate for all those he represented in life. I always enjoyed meeting him at St. Margaret's when we both worshipped there. He was a a really good man.
