I enjoyed being in Rich's presence, which speaks volumes. I could go on and on about Richie; he had so many outstanding qualities. One occasion comes to mind: At one of our men's group prayer meetings, there was a
woman who visited us and spoke of how hungry she was and how she needed money. Rich immediately reached for his wallet and gave her $50.00, he was that type of man. Richie was a role model for a people just by being himself. He was an excellent guy and I will always have fond memories of him.

Donna, I just found out about Rich's passing while reading an obituary of a mutual friend, Eddie Mcquire. I worked with Eddie years ago at the Julien Bar. Rich and his friends would come to the Julien Bar every Thursday night. We enjoyed a lot of laughs and stories. I have very fond memories of those times. He even brought me up to his trading desk once and showed me around. I learned a lot about the market from Rich and his buddies. I ended up working in the financial industry as a marketer. God bless you and may he rest in peace.

I just learned of Rich's passing-A truly fine man. Wollaston is a colder, emptier place without him - but I'm just as certain that heaven is much livlier now.

Donna and the rest of the McDonald family, sorry for your loss. Every moment I spent in Richie's presence was enjoyable. His sense of humor, intellect, and concern for our others are just some of beautiful qualities he often expressed.

I am so sorry to hear about Rich. We had a lot of laughs over the years when he would come into Mcginn's for gas or I would inspect his car. He was especially proud of a cast photo taken of the "soprano's" as he knew My cousin was on that show. I will surely miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Wollaston just won't be the same without seeing Richard walking down Beach Street with the Sunday newspaper in one hand and a bouquet of flowers for Donna in the other.

A real classy guy.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Donna and family. Richard was one of a kind, left us way too soon. I was praying for a miracle but I guess God needed a "scarecrow" replacement. Will miss his emails and his untimely wit, but most of all him. He has know idea how many hearts he has touched and he will always have a special spot in mine. RIP Rich, watch over us all until we meet again, Marti and Bob Reale.
