Suzanne, Brendan & Kelly,

We are so sorry. I will remember Dick's laugh and upbeat positive attitude when we worked together at Ionics. Always a smile and a friendly hello. Mike has so many memories - the stories are endless and I'm sure you've had the pleasure(?) of hearing too many of those stories over the years! We are truly at a loss and feel so very sorry.

Dear Suzanne, Brendan, Kelley, Fran and Bill.

Dick's illness and death, though anticipated, have made me realize how blessed we were to have known him and your family. Your solidarity and love for one another have been and continue to be an inspiration. When I get back to Newburyport this weekend, I'll offer Mass for him and for you. May these difficult days also be moments when God's love is poured out in consolation. My regrets for unfortunately being away. Please plan on a visit to Newburyport soon with Brendan and Kelley.

Blessings
