STARK, Richard A. Of Walpole, formerly of Needham, on December 15, 2017. Father of Tracy Stark and her husband, Peter Frothingham of Sudbury and Lori Stark of Norwood. Brother of Thomas Stark of Hyannis and Robert Stark of Norfolk. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held in the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave Needham, On Thursday, December 21st at 11 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 4 to 7PM. Interment at Needham Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Rick graduated from Needham High School in 1965 and attended Northeastern University, achieving a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1970. US Army Veteran and served in the MA National Guard and Army reserves. For the past 14 years he has been a self-employed CPA and financial consultant. A long-time member of the Walpole Country Club, Rick will be remembered as a dear friend member of the "B minus boys", for his golf game, his unwavering power of will and optimism, his tireless work ethic and commitment to enjoying life.
