To Rita's family. I just found out about Rita's passing. I am one of her fellow red hatters. Our group was shocked when we heard the news. We will always remember Rita as a sweet, softspoken, kind woman, and she enjoyed a good joke. Rita will be missed by many people.

How sad to hear the news about your mother. She was a wonderful person and we have such fond memories of the 70's and 80's going to concerts with her, teaching CCD class together and watching you boys play sports. We will miss her dearly. She is with God now and happy.

Dear Lamothe & Bagarella families,
Your Mom/Nana touched so very many lives. She was the most spiritual person I've ever known and I feel truly blessed to have had her in my life the past 11 years. She was so proud of each and every one of you and I loved hearing the various stories through the years. She will be missed more than you know.

I have many memories of Mrs. Lamothe growing up in Walpole. When my father was sick a few years back, calls from Mrs. Lamothe were both timely and comforting. She knew what to say when I needed to hear it most. I am truly saddened by your loss.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was so wonderful to my family from the day we moved into the neighborhood, and especially to my dad after he lost my mom. I will always appreciate her kindness.
The older I get, the more I appreciate what a great, loving neighborhood we grew up in. Your mom will live on in the hearts of the people who knew and loved her. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

Rita Lamothe was one of my best loved friends. Though we lived miles apart we would meet to enjoy the voice of Johnny Mathis who was the reason we met and became such great friends. Rita was the kindest person I know and I will always value the time we had together. My sincere sympathies go to her family of whom she was so proud and to her friends who have lost truely a great person. Rita you are loved and God has prepared a special place for you. May you rest peacefully. Thank you for being my friend.

Rita was everyone's friend even as a young child in our neighborhood. She was absolutely the best bedside nurse anyone would want to have. Her devotion to her religion and to her family was outstanding. The soul and spirit of Rita is now in a high place in heaven. Helen Conty Boudrot

I was so sad to hear this news. Mrs. Lamothe is a beautiful person and I have so many fond memories of her growing up as a child.
