McDONOUGH, Rita L. (Burke) Of North Reading. October 18. Beloved wife of Thomas McDonough. Mother of Robert McDonough and his wife Mary and Sheila Kennedy and her husband Mark all of Wilmington. Daughter of the late Martin and Mary Burke. Grandmother of Caitlin and Brendan McDonough ; Ryan, Colin and Timothy Kennedy. Sister of Richard Burke of Boston and Maureen White of Burlington. Rita is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends. Funeral from the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St. (corner of Park St. and Rte. 28), NORTH READING, at Reading line, on Thursday, Oct 22 at 9:30am. Funeral Mass in St Theresa's Church, 63 Winter St.(Rte 62), NORTH READING at 10:30am. Relatives & friends may visit at the funeral home Wednesday 4-8pm Interment Riverside Cemetery. North Reading. Rita and I got our hair done every Friday at Eva's for over 20 years. We had so many laughs and discussions. Your mother was a wonderful caring person and enjoyed life so much. We will all miss her - my deepest sympathy to your family.
