I am filled with deep sorrow as I came across the names of both beautiful Liz and wonderful Bob when viewing words of another friend. I remember the joy of being with them both in Wellesley while our children laughed and played. Please know that I will pray for them always as I loved them so very much.

Dr. Blute operated on my husband for prostate cancer. He made us feel so assured that everything was going to be okay. He made us feel so important and was always willing to answer whatever questions we had. He will certainly be sadly missed by all. May he rest in peace.

DrBlute saved my life twice..I was being operated on the day Robbie was born and we always had a good laugh about that. He treated me like I was the only one who mattered and I'm sure he was exactly like that with everyone. I toast him everyday and am eternally grateful for his care. The Lord has received a true angel. Forever grateful Allan and Martha Joyner

I'll never forget the last conversation we had and how happy he sounded. He was an amazing surgeon and great to his patients. I had great respect for him and looked forward to the days I would work with him.
I have missed and will always miss his laugh and great stories.....boy, did he have stories! Sometimes he would repeat these stories and I would pretend like I've never heard it before, because I knew he liked telling these stories. You'll never be forgotten Dr. Blute!
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family
