BORGHESANI, Robert Stephen Robert Stephen Borghesani, 83, on April 22, 2018 from complications of diabetes and Parkinson's. Beloved husband of Cynthia, of 51 years. Born in Plymouth, MA on Sept. 2, 1934, son of the late William and Mary (Ciccolo) Borghesani. Graduate of MIT, Mechanical Engineering, 56, and University of Utah, Meteorology, 58. Captain in the U.S.A.F., before almost 30 years at Polaroid Corporation as Senior Manager. Former resident of Carlisle, MA, and Annisquam, MA. Loving father and grandfather to Chris and wife Sarah Kidwell and their children Will, Jamie and Liza of Santa Barbara, CA, and to Matthew and wife Sheila Mitsuma Bond and their daughter Alexandra of Ipswich, MA. Brother of the late William (Geraldine) of Burke, VA, Marie Anderson of Bethesda, MD, Paul (Joni) of Salt Lake City, UT, Roger (Betty) of Lexington, MA, Susan Eastman of Bethesda, MD, and loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visiting Hours: A Memorial Service will be held at Annisquam Village Church, 820 Washington St. Gloucester on Sat., June 9, at 1:00 PM. Friends are cordially invited to attend and to a reception following service at the Annisquam Village Hall, 34 Leonard St., Annisquam.
