Of Englewood, FL, formerly of Waltham and Wells, ME, January 6, 2003. Husband of Marion A. (Noke) (Bertrand). Father of Colleen Bertrand of Waltham, Robert Farrell, Jr. of Warner, NH, John Farrell of Norwood, and David Farrell, Robin Barbato and Diane Crescitelli all of Watertown. Stepfather of Al Bertrand, Gail Drakos both of Waltham, Dianne Cornaro, Stephen Bertrand, and Peter Bertrand all of Billerica. Brother of Joanne Farrell of Lakewood, WA, Barbara Cummings of Waltham, Mary Cutter of Nashua, NH, and John "Jack" Farrell of Holliston. Also survived by 21 grandchildren, 6 greatgrandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 AM Friday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), WALTHAM followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Mary's Church 133 School Street, Waltham at 10 AM. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Late U.S. Navy Veteran, WW II.

I grew up with Mr. Farrell's daughter Diane. I will always remember what a good father he was to his children. A truly kind and good man. He will be greatly missed.
