ROBERT GOLDEN Obituary

GOLDEN, Robert, E. On Sunday, March 28, Robert "Bob" Golden, loving husband and father of two beautiful daughters, passed away at age 56. Youngest son of John S "Jack" Golden and Binna Golden Taber, he lived in Lexington, Massachusetts and attended University of Massachusetts at Amherst and completed his MBA at American International College. Bob lived in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, and finally settled down in Virginia where he worked for 20 years at W R Systems. Bob was known for his infectious and dimple-cheeked smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. His motto was family first and his friends were always considered part of his family. He was a wonderfully supportive husband, a doting father/ "dance and volleyball dad," and a caring brother and uncle. Bob is survived by his wife Melissa, his two children, Brooke and Victoria, his brothers Bradley and William, his nieces and nephews; Justin, Rachel, Steven, Isabella, and Jack, and many loving relatives. A private memorial will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2021 with a live stream of the service through www.piercefh.com, and a second friends and family online memorial event via Zoom. Should friends desire, contributions may be sent directly to the family or to the American Heart Association.
