Dear Family,
I participated in one of Dr. Krasner's summer science programs for High School biology teachers at Providence College in 1992. He was a wonderful teacher and person, and so much fun! He was always available to us during and after our participation in the course, and his vision enabled many of us to start biotechnology programs in our own schools. I had the pleasure of knowing him for many years and it is a great loss. My deepest sympathy to all his family.

Dear Family, I participated in one of Dr. Krasner's summer science programs for High School students in 2001. I keenly remember his love of science and his excitement when he explained how we would create a 3D structure of DNA. He inspired me on my path towards a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology. My deepest sympathy for your loss.

Dear Lee,
Such sad news that Bob has passed on; it saddens me that he is not present with your family - the family he adored , was so proud of and spoke of at length when we met at your home. We talked about germs and how best to reach young children with this message - what fun that afternoon was! And what a trooper he was in yoga class! I am glad our paths crossed. Sending you hugs and strength during a sad time, Lee.
Fondly, Kathy Ashton

I met Bob in Florida 17 years ago. What began as a casual friendship grew into one of the closest friends I have ever had. I loved him like a brother and will miss him terribly. Sanibel Island will never, ever be the same without him.

Dear Lisa and Family,
I was lucky enough to have met your father while I was a student at PC. He was a remarkable man, brilliant and yet humble. I remember he took pride in one thing, his family. I am so sorry for your loss.

I was friends with the whole family when I lived in Newport, R I. but was closest to Alvin and Bobby. I lost tract when I moved to Prov. They were such a nice family.

I treasured my association with Dr Krasner. He taught my biology courses when I attended Providence College 30 years ago. I would not be a physician today if it were not for this wonderful man. My deepest sympathies. I will never forget him. Hub Brennan
