MOYNIHAN, Robert E. December 21, 1932 - March 31, 2023. After a life well lived, Robert E. Moynihan, DMD, of Andover, MA, died peacefully on Friday, March 31, 2023, with the love and support of his family. Born in Cambridge, MA, he was the third son of Anna (Riordan) and Frederick Moynihan. He was predeceased by his brothers, Francis and Frederick and is survived by his brother, John of Swampscott, MA; and his dear sister, Eleanor of Cotuit, MA. Father of 11, grandfather to 21, great-grandfather to five and uncle to many, he is survived by his former wife, Joanne (McCarthy) Moynihan of Kittery Pt., ME, his six daughters, Martha (Patrick Terrion) of West Hartford, CT, Mary (Alex Friend) of Burlington, VT, Beth of Andover, MA, Patricia of Amesbury, MA, Amy of Newport, RI, Joanna (Christopher Larson) of San Clemente, CA; and five sons, Robert, Jr. (Jennifer) of Falmouth, ME, Timothy (Janna Jeakins) of Seattle, WA, Michael (Floyd Miller) of Rancho Santa Fe, CA, Matthew (MaryJane) of S. Kingstown, RI, and Daniel (Christine) of N. Kingstown, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 11:00 am in Christ the King Church, 180 Old North Road, South Kingstown, RI. The Mass will be live streamed at www.youtube.com/user/ChristtheKingVideos Visiting Hours are respectfully omitted and the Burial will be private.
