It is almost a year...and I miss him more....every time I cook Chinese, every time I eat an apple...and at every mass (as we have promised to pray for each other during the liturgy always)....every time I see a flower...etc, etc. He will always be in my heart. Diane (NYC)

Father Robert was a Joy to be around. I had the privilege of meeting him several times at different events. May his soul rest in the loving arms of our Loving Father in heaven. I thank God for the gift of Father Robert. We will miss him.

Dear Stanion Family,
My heart felt sympathies to all of you. Fr. Robert touched so many lives all over the world. It was a pleasure and a privilage being his nurse and especially his friend. He taught me so much and we have a part of him every where in our home here in New Mexico. Most of all, he taught me how to "stop and smell the roses," and to enjoy life to its fullest just like he always did. I am so blessed that God brought Fr. into my life! I have so many special memories and stories. I loved him so much and will always carry him in my heart. May God Bless you always. Love you.

To Jean & Family,
It is with heavy hearts that we write
to all of you today.
There are so many qualities that Father Robert had, they are far too numerous to recount.
His compassion, kindness, and gentle being will be sadly missed by all of us.
May God’s grace and strength be with you
now and forever. May he rest in peace.

To The Stanion Family -- I just wanted to let you know what a special man Fr. Robert was. He made each of us feel very special. I only knew Fr. Robert 2 year, but what a great 2 years that was. I worked in the soup kitchen with him, attended many masses both public and private and prayer meeting of the Devine Mercy. He had so much to offer, I will continue to pray to him and for you his family. I had the great pleasure of meeting Charlene in Las Vegas and look forward to meeting you Mrs. Stanion and the other family members coming to New Mexico. May God be with you in this time of need and always. Love you all Teresa
