I remember years ago sitting in front of The Freedom Center (later Kelly's HD) in Billerica, when an older gent rolled in on a vintage Harley. I admired it for a while, and he very much enjoyed telling me all about it. We sat and talked for quite a while in the sunshine of a beautiful day. We discussed bikes, but mostly life in general, and how great the freedom of the road was and how much we each enjoyed riding. When he left we shook hands and he told me his name was Roland, and I told him mine. I remember saying to myself what a knowledable, intelligent, friendly guy, and a what a pleasant encounter it was.
My sincere condolences to the Kelly family.
