FRENCH, Rosemarie Devoted wife of the late Lawrence French. Loving mother of Diane Cecca and the late Debra French. Dear sister of Richard DeGregorio and his wife Rosemary of North Reading and the late Patrick DeGregorio and his wife Gerilyn, Robert DeGregorio and his wife Phyllis and Michael DeGregorio and his wife Florence. Also survived by 3 grandchildren. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the Visitation from the Ernest P. Caggiano and Son Funeral Home, 147 Winthrop St., WINTHROP, on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, 320 Winthrop St., Winthrop at 10:00 AM. Services will conclude with the Interment in the Cross Street section of Winthrop Cemetery. Heaven has gained another beautiful soul. My nana was the most joyous, loving, kindhearted person I have ever known. When I was a little girl I would spend most of my days with my nana. She was my best friend who I could go to for absolutely anything , no matter what she was always there. I have many memories of having cinnamon toast & Tea with my nana. Whenever you came to nanas you HAD to sit and have tea & of course her famous pound cake...no exceptions!! My nana loved Patrick Swayze and we would watch his movies together almost every other day, my nanas favorite thing was playing solitaire while I would play barbies, after hours would go by of her playing solitaire I would run to her and say "are you done yet?Can we play goldfish now". She truly was the best nana a girl could ever ask for.It brings me comfort to know she is finally with my papa, dad , Aunty and my great grandparents. I wish we had spent more time together but I will cherish all the memories I have with her till the end of time. I love you nana, thank you so much for everything
